(Sample) Understanding exam anxiety

What anxiety feels like, why it happens before exams, and small things that help.

Feeling nervous before an exam is common. It becomes a problem when it stops you from sleeping, eating or studying.

Try breaking revision into short blocks with breaks in between. Slow breathing, four seconds in and six seconds out, calms the body quickly.
